Public Architecture was founded by John Peterson and for many years was supported in large part by his private practice, Peterson Architects.

We are indebted to the early leadership of Tom Panelli, Esq., our founding executive director.

Tim Culvahouse served as interim executive director, and led the executive director search that resulted in the hiring of John Cary.

During its first two years, Public Architecture benefited greatly from biweekly meetings with business consultant Patrick Bell.

The graphic identities for Public Architecture, The 1% program, ScrapHouse, Day Labor Station, and the Structures for Inclusion 6 conference that we hosted were created by MendeDesign.

The original PublicArchitecture.org website was designed by Meadow Design, in association with MendeDesign.

Version 2.0 of the PublicArchitecture.org website as well as TheOnePercent.org, ScrapHouse.org, and DayLaborStation.org were constructed by FGI, which designed the sites in association with the Public Architecture staff.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
