Established in 1993, Peterson Architects is a design-intensive practice, enriched by the contributions of a diverse group of professionals with expertise in architecture, education, graphic design, journalism, landscape architecture, law, and publishing.

In 2002, the firm's unorthodox pro bono work inspired the creation of Public Architecture. Beyond establishing, hosting, and supporting Public Architecture, Peterson Architects continues to dedicate substantial amounts of time to arts institutions, city agencies, community development corporations, nonprofit organizations, and social service groups.

HOST FIRM

Public Architecture is hosted by Peterson Architects, a boutique design firm established in 1993. Public Architecture is particularly fortunate to have the support of the firm's staff, including Karen Gellert, Michelle Huber, and Arlene Lee.
